#3 Sunnie 

Sunnie has been changing the music industry ever since she walked in. 2020 we got a lot of amazing content out of her and she has not seemed to have slowed down since. Double up has been making a lot of news since coming back home. He made it a mission to really change his life and pursue music the right way, and it seems to be working out for him. New Music Monday - Taj Ann Marie "Main Show" 

Upcoming artist Taj Annmarie has been making a name for herself in the music industry. Recently she was seen on Glocawear radio on two different radio shows. She went to open up about her story and what she wants to bring to the music industry. She has dropped three singles in the past couple of months with her most recent one being "Main Show". She gave an exclusive preview of it on her last performance in Philadelphia at Members Only. A show put together for the best upcoming artist to get together and perform their music. She created the song "Main Show" to show her fans her true talent. She loves to make music for you to dance too and also her bars are very fresh to the ear. She has been making a lot of people wonder who she is and we are here to say you will find out soon enough. For now, we would like to show you her latest single "Main Show" which is out now on all streaming platforms.

Missy Porter Presents: MEMBERS ONLY Showcase 7/19/21

 

  MEMBERS ONLY Monday Night Showcase 7/19/21

The Members Only Monday Night showcase hosted by Fatz Fizzy (@fatzfizzy)and presented by the phenomenal Missy Porter (@Missy_Porter_), the venue 1122 MMG in Philly, had an ambience of a contemporary underground experience. It was authentic and raw. The talent presented was a dope mix of personality and grit, it maintained high energy and strong performances. When the crowd drew in, there was love and comradery, support and anticipation.

 As each artist stepped up to the mic, nothing but support reigned in from friends and artists alike. It was an experience of family, of understanding and relevance. The artist relayed their own truths and it resonated to the audience. Hard beats, clean mixes and clearly articulated lyrics, provided for a night full of raw indie urban talent. Philly represented, Jersey represented, with style, swag, and confidence.

 

    Cutty TV artist, Taj Ann Marie (@tajannmarie) was also in the building, making her presence known. A kind demeanor turns into straight fire on the stage. She shows complete control and confidence, erupting the crowd and connecting with the room. Taj’s performance was elaborate, raw, and commanding; showing that she rightfully deserves a place on the stage in the rap industry. She brings a tamed grit and strong delivery, making her a clear contender in this Mondays Showcase. 

 

                                

The winner of the night goes to the host and rising rap talent Fatz Fizzy (@fatzfizzy). Raw, clean delivery, confidence all seemed second nature. A lyrical presenter and overall talent to look after. Opening for Da Baby, collaborating with Bobby Shmurda, and even the Styles P Show shows the trajectory this rapper is bound for. Fatz Fizzy has a way of connecting with the crowd, not only as a personable host but a formidable rap talent.

But there were other contenders, some talent that can’t go without mention:

Koto Da Demon (@datbull_126), as one of the first to hit the stage, he brought a real authentic and contemporary guttural flow. It was good for the crowd, deliberate, and his performance was strong. Dope bars and comfortable flow, he was definitely a contender.

MCO Twist (@24_Twist), this guy. He had straight energy and bars. With a cool technical, like, drill-esque flow, he commanded the stage. A confident and strong rapper, with a persona to match it. Be on the look out for this one. A real dope talent. 

                                                                        

King Shinobe (@king_shinobe), came in with a seasoned jersey swag and performed authentically. He commanded the stage and directed the energy of the room. He had solid bars and a steady jersey hybrid sound. It was melodic and fierceful.

Donnie Casino (@mr_popmyshxt) pops out as a strong artist, a strategic rapper and flow master, giving vocals and freely expressing his inner artist. He performs his song on the stage. This young artist will for sure create bops and vibes, so to speak, because he understands his audience. Dope talent.

A special shout out to the DJ L.A Swag 215 (@swag100podcast), who not only kept the vibes flowing, but showed constant support of the rising artists, even imparting some of his pearls of entertainment wisdom. Overall the Members Only Monday night showcase was a success and it provided not only a platform for young indie artists but a space for shared acceptance and support. Events like these are integral for up and coming artists, all of which should utilize the opportunity,  or at least go out and get hip to some authentic and raw new talent.

For years, Don Williams has been making people laugh. He started at just the young age of 11 working on his acts and mastering his skill. He grew up in Virginia where comedy was everywhere. He fell in love with the idea of an alter ego and learned from many of the greats ahead of his time. He picked up a doll and started his adventure. At first, people had mixed emotions but if you ask Don it was the start of something beautiful. He did talent show after talent show and one day met the director of Showtime at the Apollo. He later went on to not only perform once but three times at the apollo and share the stage with some greats. We have new music from Philadelphia artist Lil Mop Top, under his production company 999 productions.  The song itself "Swashy" is a summertime jam, Lil Mop Top collaborating with upcoming artist Xaoz on this track. They both carry themselves on the track having two diverse flows. The song is going viral with Lil Mop Top's viral merchandise being shown in the video. The video itself has a horror movie feel to it which compliments Philly's beautiful outside scenery.  It's another good music video coming from 999 productions, make sure to follow them to see what's next.
