Arizona Cannabis Awards 2026 In The Books

This past weekend, we had the pleasure of pulling up to the Arizona Cannabis Awards Music Festival, and it was nothing short of a movie. Hosted at Sage & Sand in Glendale, Arizona, the Cannabis Awards officially made their return to AZ and came ready to play. The building was filled with dope vendors from both Arizona and Las Vegas, showcasing everything from glass pieces to unique products, while indie artists kept the stage lit all night. It was fire seeing familiar names like Fly Music Records in the building and overall just being surrounded by real talent and energy from the cannabis community.
This year felt special because it marked the first time the Cannabis Awards had been back in Arizona in a couple of years, and even with a slight venue change, the community still showed up strong. It was dope seeing staple brands like Jardin and RAW return, always bringing that extra level of excitement to the event. Every VIP ticket holder received a RAW gift bag filled with some solid items, including a special piece just for attending, which was a great touch. From OGs who’ve been part of the awards for years to new faces stepping into the scene, it felt like a full-circle moment for the culture.
We also got to witness some standout moments throughout the night, including Chef Turtle adding two more trophies to his already impressive total of 17 Cannabis Awards wins. Backstage, Glorious Extracts kept the vibes going with complimentary dabs, and the dab bar stayed packed the entire time. The performances were just as memorable, with a blind artist delivering powerful bars, Sadboy coming straight out of Brooklyn with that East Coast energy, and Dr. Deno from Black Unicorn Factory giving away $15,000 worth of stock to lucky people in the crowd. It was a night full of celebration, community, and growth, all led by Sheldon Cooper and the Cannabis Awards platform he’s built over the last 6–7 years.
